Today, more than half of the world population is in danger of natural disasters such as earthquake, which is one of the causes of spinal cord injuries outbreak. Earthquake in Bam also caused many spinal cord injured people for whom utilizing rehabilitation services can help preventing secondary complications and increasing their independence. Objective: The present study has been performed to determine the assessment of rate of utilizing rehabilitation services by spinal cord injured people of Bam earthquake.. Method: This research is a descriptive study in which 119 spinal cord injured people were selected as qualified for investigation cases. The necessary information was collected through using questionnaire. Then data analysis was carried out with SPSS software and utilizing descriptive statistics and Chi-Square Test. Results: 65 men (55%) and 54 women (45%) with age average of 33.7 participated in this study. Most of the rehabilitation services which were accessible to the cases of study included: equipments for preventing bed sore, European toilet, urine bag and Foley catheter, Wheelchair, mobile rehabilitation team, and social assistance and urban services and professional rehabilitation services were among those which were not accessible. Aim: Comparison of critical thinking skills between freshman and senior nursing students and clinical nurses in the University of Zahedan Medical Sciences in 2010. Methods: In a deseriptive – analative study the dinical skill level of 90 freshman and senior nursing students and 30clinical nurses of the university of zahedan medical sciences was determined in 2010 .the sampling method inused was nonrandom while nurse contributors were selected through random sampling. The instrument of collecting data for this study was the from of Watson and glaser standard questionnaire (form A).The data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics and statistical tests of ANOVA. Results: the findings showed that the mean score of critical thinking of the first year nursing students was 39 ±5/54,the last year nursing students was 42/80±5/37 and clinical nurses was 41/30±4/12, indicating the weekness in critical thinking abilities in the study groups. The mean score of default diagnostic ability (p = 0.026) and interpretation of (p = 0/006) senior nursing students were significantly higher than freshman students and clinical nurses however, from ,the point of the view of ability to infer and deduce, among these three groups, there was no significant difference. Statistical tests indicated a significant difference between the mean scores of critical thinking skills in these three groups (p = 0/006), so that it can be concluded that the critical thinking ability of senior students was more than freshman students and critical thinking ability of clinical nurses after at least two years of clinical experience was less than senior students. Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be stated that although critical thinking is crucial in clinical judging and decision making, no significant development had occurred during education process. Objective: This study was performed to determination of the attitude of Kerman medical sciences students about mental diseases in 2009. Method: In this cross–sectional descriptive study، 3400 students in Kerman university of medical sciences were participated through census route. For data collecting، questionnaire of evaluating the attitude toward mental diseases was used. This questionnaire consists of two parts: demographic variables and questions about attitude on mental diseases. For evaluating the reliability of questions، alpha -Chronbach was calculated and high coefficient was obtained (0/691). Data analysis was done by using the factor analysis method of questions in which all questions in one factor (by considering the indexes of kmo. bartlett) were added.
